Anyone At Home?

There didn't seem to be much sign of any occupancy, as I was walking by the Wye this morning and spotted this bijou residence thoughtfully provided, with great riverside views. But on a sunny morning like this, it feels as though it won't be long before there's serious competition going on to set up home here.
