What a difference a day makes!

Our temperature plummeted by 15 degrees last night, & this is the result! Yesterday the lake had pieces of ice floating in the water that were about the size of a small cube--barely noticable-- & here you can see how much larger the pieces of ice have gotten just overnight! There's a gusty, biting wind coming right at us, straight out of the East, & it was not comfortable standing out in it, so this was a definite "shoot & run" moment!!  :))
