9th Feb - Love watching the birds arrive

I only started to put out bird feed 2 years ago.  Sometimes there are so many birds it's unbelievable for a back garden.  I always notice there are two pigeons.....or at least I think that's what they are.....someone will tell me they are grey doves or something!!!  Will catch a photo of them sometime.  They were there today, but I was working from home and never managed to get the back door open quiet enough, or.....couldn't get up close enough with the little automatic I am using, without them flying away.  I took a few, but liked this one as the Great Tit arrived - better camera and would have had more detail.....I am going to get a proper camera soon - in time for going out on my bike during the Summer - want to get some amazing shots as the photos on this sight take my breath away - and it THOSE types of photos I want to create.
Anyway.....the birds.........I can stand for half an hour before realising that amount of time has gone by.....I can see the view in the picture from my kitchen window.  The water tray isn't there...which is bad of me...needs cleaned.
Rest of the day was work, washing, dinner and cleaning.  Kids all watching telly or playing Xbox......early 4am rise for me to fly down to London (work), so going to bed now.
