Getting ready ....

This is a friends house in our street.
All fenced off ready for demolition .

It was damaged in the EQs nearly 4 years ago now and it's taken this long for the insurance company etc to make the decision to either rebuild or pull down .

It doesn't look too bad on the outside but the foundations etc are badly damaged.

A new house will start to be built as soon as the site is cleared and ready.
