Serious Storm

Phew, we had quite a devastating little wind and rain strom last night! Very strong wind and heavy rain, but only for a short while, fortunately! We experience terrible heatwaves at the moment in our area, the weatherman says they will last at least 2 more days, we are really suffering! Charmaine (Charnie) , a freshman blipper, showed us her car's temp yesterday at about 11:23, and that was not the peak of the day! 

This tree grows in this huge clay pot for more than 6 years already, Charmaine thinks it is a bit top heavy now, that's why the wind grabbed it 'by the ears', swung it around and floored it! Hehe! Just a pity the pot has broken quite badly, they are so expensive and heavy to transport. We considered planting this one and it's identical twin, just a few yards away, straight into the ground, but haven't gotten so far yet. Now it will have to happen.
