Killer Heatwaves!

One can't even think going for a blipwalk  in this heat, 44 Celsius (not in the shade I must admit) again today, We have a thermometer in this big tree outside Charmaine's bedroom window, perfect conditions, shady and if there is a breeze, it will be here, this baby read 36 Celsius today. The swimming pool water gave a reding of 37 Celsius at 17:30 this afternoon! It is simply too hot to swim, the sun will cook you anyways! We really don't swim in high summer, it is just too hot, we might just jump in a bit before bedtime. Eish, even my heart can feel the strain!

The fact that we stay right next to the dam and encapsuled by the mountains causes extreme humidity, it is always a few degrees warmer than Pretoria and Rustenburg.
