Grange Station
I have recently watched a programme on TV which suggests walking 10,000 steps per day to improve fitness. That seems a bit of a tall order but let's see how we get on.
In view of this I persuaded a reluctant Santana to join me this morning. It was very misty but it was good to get out.
In the afternoon we went to Kendal College Open Day to see what further courses we might do in Photography. Had a useful chat with the tutors there and there is lots to think about.
We had a good walk around Kendal too running various errands and by the end of the day my total was around 14000. It's good to have a few in the 'bank' for couch potato days.
