Viburnum Tinus

A lot milder today if still a little gloomy. I was struck, going round the garden, at how trashed and neglected it all looks, despite all the hours spent on caring for it. It's that colourless time here before the spring bulbs really get going. This Viburnum Tinus really cheered me up. It's flowering and looking glossy and healthy. The flowers are so fragrant and encouraging.
Must get some more evergreen structure into the garden and, of course, plant more spring bulbs so I will have even more to look forward to.
