After being generally pukey and acidy-breathy for far too long the micropig appears to have stablised, though I'll leave off restoring him to milks for a couple more days seeing as it seemed to be them setting off the puking. He didn't seem to mind being offered Weetabices mixed with water for his supper, even clamouring for extra, unless he thought that if he asked for enough he'd eventually be given some made with milk. He hasn't been too keen on keeping himself nice and fluid-filled with his normal cups but was fairly guzzling water out of my Living Street too-narrow-for-bike bottle.
