Lounging about...

waiting for my afternoon portion of boiled chicken breast.  As you can see - I'm in no particular hurry to move - but will spring up like a rocket as soon as I hear the fridge door...

This evening I'm starting a yoga class at the local evening school.  I hope  it goes well and I manage to keep up as it will be in German - I'm pretty familiar with a lot of the asanas though as I've been doing them from a DVD, so I should be able to follow once I realise which one we're doing.
