For a curry.  But not for the one I'm having tonight - that's chickpea, spinach and tomato with a jar of ready made jalfrezi sauce!

The yoga class was great and I really enjoyed it - thank you very much for all your good wishes.  It was surprisingly easy to understand in German,  and whatever I didn't, I picked up by watching the reactions of the others to the teacher's instructions!
