Lichen and Bark

Indoor tasks are gradually being replaced by gardening activity.  Slowly does it.  Last years compost bin has been emptied and I am still suspicious that there may be countless unwanted seeds in there.  Some of it was used to cover the rhubarb bed.  I del this may be a bumper year for rhubarb and I know that will bring joy to some.

The location for a new shed has been agreed.  So it now needs cleared and paving stones laid.  This might not be the time of year to lay paving stones but needs must.

The lichen on the trees was the only bright colour about today.  They make fascinating micro landscapes.  Best to go large.  I assume you can still do that.
