A joint effort!

It's that time of year again and the roses are getting their annual hair cut. I wanted to make sure that we get the best possible display for the wedding in August. I have taken extra special care in the pruning paying attention to the removal of any dead wood or over lapping stems. It take blooming ages, and I am now covered in scratches and punctures from thorns!
So this is Mr Taby spreading a delicious mixture of mushroom compost ( I wonder where that came from!) and well rotted manure over the beds where I have just finished pruning. That should make them grow. Another afternoon and I will have finished the pruning, and then it will be plug plants in the greenhouse! Greenhouse has been cleaned and is ready to go!

Farming - Two out hauling mushroom compost , one on tanking. Mr Tbay Jnr and Rusty were out hauling dung again. Now it's dry the requests for dung removal have multiplied some what!
Mr Tbay was litter picking on the side of the main road which is part of our boundary . He managed to pick up vast amounts. It is a never ending exercise trying to keep this place tidy! Never a dull moment!
