LOMA

is Finnish an means vacation.
Mine just started this evening.
The weather is not according winter vacation. It should be freezing cold with white coat all around. It's like a mud fest. Cold one.

I had a lovely last class today. Our theme was health and we did practices that support health. We ended with chakra meditation which is one of my favorite practices. It's nice to see people enjoy the class. 

I like all the red in this picture. Something nice out of the rain.
