Not measuring up?

Today was all about trying to help my junior OT understand that it's not a race, and it's impossible to know everything OT straight after qualifying.   I wish new starters believed me, and therefore they didn't end up stressing out....Fingers crossed what felt like a day long pep talk today will have helped.

Today's photo is of my trusty tape measure that I have on me at all times, which is one of the visable tools of my trade.
