Have cake....Eatten it.

Busy old Friday with lots of sorting out, and supporting others in the day job.  I had a bit of physio this afternoon,  my left foot has been taped up to try and ease back some pressure.  My back is causing my problems too, so I'm hoping she will look at that for me on Monday.  In the mean time, I've some exercises to try and reduce the tension.

This evening I went out to tea with some people from work.  It was really nice to do, we had a really fun time, and plans are afoot to go out again another time.  My blip shows the utterly yummy carrot cake I had, so good (and big) I even brought some back for my better half to have....now that must be love....or was I just overly stuffed?
