Chrysanthemum

5 Weeks ago I was given a lovely bouquet. Most of the flowers have died but the chrysanths are still alive and have had some new flowers added to them.

Another day at the workshop, today the main job was dovetailing using a Woodrat machine. I have learned to hand-cut them but the machine speeds up the job though it still requires concentration and care for a novice like me to make a good job of it.

There was an icy chill to the air today and the sky was overcast so I thought I'd bring a little brightness to my journal!
