Saw Mill

We have an excellent wood yard near Penrith where The Mate takes his cabinet-making course students. A friendly, family-run business! In most cases The Mate can relate the huge commercial machinery to the smaller equivalent items the students have been using in the workshop. They find it awesome! And so it is!

Yesterday Monday's four pieces of wood were combined with another two to make a box. Today I put the box through the bandsaw to separate the lid.
