HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY

You have absolutely no idea how happy Ann is tonight.  She’s having a glass of wine to celebrate.  Any excuse?!!

About a week ago she discovered a squidgy little lump in my tummy.  So for the past week she’s poked and prodded and squeezed it.  And then yesterday, she took me to work with her and made her colleagues poke and prod and squeeze me.

I’ve been poked and prodded and squeezed a lot over the last week.  But I’m a rufty, tufty little collie dog and I’m very versatile so I just let everyone get on with it and I didn’t make a fuss.

Anyway by last night Ann was in neurotic collie dog owner mode had convinced herself that there was something seriously wrong with me, so she phoned the vets and demanded that I see my most favourite vet.  She thought that if she was in ‘emotional distraught owner mode’ he would be the best one to support her!!!

So today, we walked 6 miles to the garage to pick up our car before going to the vets.We had a bit of a car trauma on Wednesday.   Nothing like the trauma Ann has had for a whole week thinking I’m seriously ill.  Normally when we go to the garage we walk via the coastal path and beaches.  Today Ann made me walk the whole way on the pavement, on my lead, because apparently she wanted me to have a nice clean tummy when I saw the vet.  I went mad at seven buses and tried to kill one postie but couldn’t because I was on my lead!!!!

WE LOVE MARTIN the vet.

Collies are his favourite dog and he’s so lovely and gentle with me.
Martin prodded and poked me and stroked me and cuddled me and told me I was a very gorgeous little collie…………………..  And then he told Ann there was nothing to worry about. YAY, YAY, YAY!!!!

And do you know what?...........................  He didn’t even charge Ann a consultancy fee.  Just how nice is that?

All Ann has got to do, is keep an eye on my ‘squidgy lump’ and if it changes get in touch with him.

Well, my ‘squidgy lump’ doesn’t bother me.  I didn’t even know I had a ‘squidgy lump’ until Ann told me.

However walking 6 miles, on my lead, on the pavement, has exhausted me so I’m having a little chillax in my bed.

 Happy Friday Night Blippers. xxx
