"Morning".............!

Yes Good Morning all my pals......Kitty Boy here.......
Well after sitting on the window sill meowing...(for hours)!
She eventually came out to feed me and I INSISTED that I be Blipped today.......do you know it's nearly 2 weeks since I said Hello!,.."...

Yes indeed KB .....I hadn't realised that it was 2 weeks since I'd Blipped either..so thank you....for the reminder.....!
I've unfortunately had a lot of joint and muscle pain .....my GP sent me to a Rheumatolagist who thinks I may have a condition called Fibromialgia.....have to have another huge round of blood tests in a couple of weeks time to see for sure..........but fatigue and lack of enough energy along with pain spiking is making some days very difficult. ....and looking after my Mam doesn't get any easier......
It appears that these conditions ..(and definitely in my case) ...Can be caused and made worse by highly stressful situations.....
So I have to learn to manage and cope with my stress a lot better......at least it wasn't Rhuematoid Arthritis as my doctor feared.....!! So I was very thankful for that!
Hope all are well .......aren't the lengthening evenings wonderful??
I've made one or two quick 'tips' out to the garden and although not able to do much ...felt so much the better for it...
