Afternoon Tea...........!

This was our treat from yesterday....
And I have to say I was well pleased with my efforts.....
Almost gone now!!....some of it back to Cork....
So that's the proof.....!
I have to say I would be gone completely Mad! If it wasn't for my cooking ....writing recipes and experimenting....
Really enjoying using my gadgets ...and
Who knows I may even write my own Cook Book...........!!!
