Roots & Shoots

We had another Roots & Shootsgathering at our house today. First order of business was the face painting of trees, our featured topic. We had a Treasure Tree Hunt, where the kids identified and matched a leaf to eight different trees and gained a wealth of knowledge as to the biology, uses, and benefits of the tree. Loads of fun.
