Ringed Plover..

The best day of the year so far. Warm sunshine after an early frost, clear blue skies, and gentle breeze.

The solar panels that are left have produced over 2.5 units, and the greenhouse feels warm for the first time. Seedlings are growing. Birds are singing, and spring bulbs are flowering..

Took Tanni for a walk down to the beach, along the shore, and out past the graveyard. Had fun creeping up on these Plovers, each time I approached, they'd walk and skip further up the beach. Tanni had a good swim, and then a run around N's paddock to dry off again..

Had a good look at the trees planted down the sides of the croft and all are doing well. The fruit trees have also grown noticably since I planted them a couple of years ago.

Valentines day today, we don't go in for that sort of stuff, but I do love G loads, and she knows it..
