I went on one of those residential photography seminars (not today...far too busy bullying my husband), you know the sort....celebrity photographer, group of like minded creatives, crap accommodation.  I learnt something very important which I am going to share with you all........
1 part vanilla vodka
1 part Xante (pear brandy)
7up
Lime
Ice
Mix vodka and xante with a squeeze of lime juice.  Add lime slices and ice, top up with 7up.
