One last shot in Barcelona

I left my flat at 10.00 am this morning and I got home at 11.00 pm this evening. I've spent all day travelling and I'm bloody knackered. I had completely forgotten that today was Valentine's day until we were given a chocolate heart on our flight from Amsterdam to Edinburgh. That was a nice touch.

My mum was very sad this morning and it broke my heart having to leave her like that.... but anyway, this is one of the hard things you have to get on with when you are an ex-pat, I suppose...

Took a few photos before I went to the airport, as I don't usually find anything exciting in airports. Only one thing drew my attention today: seeing a little mouse at Schiphol Airport, where I spent five hours today...

Nothing exciting for me on Valentine's day as there's no love in my life at the moment. Just really tired and going to bed soon. I need a rest after such a long day.
