I went out this morning in search of smaller trousers and nighties for my incredible shrinking mother.

It was a very unsuccessful shopping trip - but on the way home I popped into the local park to try out my new 1.4 converter. There was very little about as there was so much human activity - including several rowers racing up and down the lake - no hope of goosanders or great crested grebes then!

There were a million coots milling about and this swan who was enjoying preening himself in the sunshine.
