Top bombing from Team Bluebird

It has been a day of translucent sun, with the golden light bouncing off any surface in its way. I hang the rag rug out to dry and it sat their steaming. The sun is now high enough in the sky to shine into corners of the garden that haven't seen it for twelve weeks.

This pair of Blue Tits were having great fun in the Viburnum Bodnantense pulling the leaf buds to bits and thus earned top spot on today's shots. Even though the woolly Hungarian pigs down the road and that steaming rag rug and the Valentine's flowers pushed them hard.

I worked hard in the garden and readied the pond for the arrival of the frogs after a tip off from Himself in SW Ireland where they are already spawning.
The woodpecker drumming and birdsong abounding.
