We are both exhausted from being sociable for my mum's birthday lunch but very glad we were both well enough to go. 

I had delicious roast lamb and was very well behaved and didn't have a pudding*


*it's purely coincidental that nothing on the dessert menu could accommodate my dairy intolerance this time!
