Important task

Friday is baking day- Ivy loves every single part of this task- including looking through the recipe books, which she gives great consideration too. Today we made (or rather attempted to make a fruit loaf) but since we've not moved everything across yet there was no raising agent- but by the time I realised this I decided we were already having too much fun to stop and just went for it anyway. Not our best cake it must be said...

Went to Gaelic toddlers this morning, they were playing with dried rice and lentils which ivy dilligently took handfulls of to carry away and put into upturned pieces of duplo. She didn't quite understand 'keep it on the mat'.
