Mocha Cream Torte

My plan was to make this torte up on Valentine's Day but since my day got away from me, I made it today and OMG it was tasty tasty!!!  First time for me to make something like this and all from scratch too!!

Of course I had to watch the birds for awhile as after the cold of the morning it turned out a beautiful day.
