Morning at the Estuary

It is rather nice at the moment that you dont have to get up too early to catch a good light for photography.

This morning's walk was at full tide at the estuary. The water was like a sheet of glass with many reflections and some of the reflected colours were so intense they looked unreal.

The one I have chosen is simpler and I think shows the morning light better. The pied stilt has a nest in that clump of reeds and its mate is close by.
