Sensitive lad

After nursing the wee lady earlier today, Nikki leant over and asked if I'd hold her for a few minutes.  To our surprise, the wee man immediately outstretched his arms, thinking he was the one being asked.  Instead of reaching for the baby, I reached for the camera.

While she continues to be calm and content, today was another sensitive day for the wee man.  He seems to be handling her arrival reasonably well, and he's certainly getting plenty of attention, thanks to my paternity leave.  I think today was due to lack of sleep more than anything else.
