Time

Spent most of today in the Bone Lab and then, when I got back, I took Son1 to Owen's Cycles to collect his new, lighter bike. This evening we went for a test ride and his verdict is that the new wheels are 'amazing' and that his mum is 'awesome' :). So, with only two and a half weeks to go until the annual LiDBA 25 mile charity bike ride, we are embarking on an intensive training programme. Fortunately it always seems easier when the weather is good.

I have also embarked on a systematic decluttering programme at home and have today filled my second bin bag with clothes for the charity shop.
