Frost on a car is challenging in manual…this is as good as it gets today!

People in the workplace are challenging

How people respond in a workplace to said challenging person makes me worry!  There is a reason for a challenge!

HR is not just strategy folks….it’s there to protect employer and employee - don't forget this and no HR is not touchy feely!!
