Daytime TV rots the brain

I stayed off today. I haven't kept anything in since Tuesday evening. I admit now I am rather unwell. Lovely IP has been brilliant texting and phoning to check up on me.....gawd bless her.xxx
Told mum n dad last night and most people are surprised to see me off work.....even me. Daytime TV is bloody awful!
I resorted to clearing some parts of my wardrobe out whilst sitting on a dining room chair.
I missed the gym classes tonight but hey ho I'm on the right path now.xx
