Parcel or package

I was off again this morning. I knew I wouldn't make it through the day at work. I went to the doctors again who had asked me to drop off a 'parcel' - I have never in all my days had to do that. My reaponse was that because I have not eaten since Tuesday there was simply no chance. The doctor's receptionist was ever so good and asked me to sit in the waiting room whilst she slotted me in to see the doctor. THREE times this week- good grief.
They are adamant that viral gastritis will leave me soon.
