Spoiled rotten!

The hotel we stayed in last night was very close to The Mall near Bristol so Bella seized the opportunity to take me there to buy her some clothes - and a crepe in the John Lewis cafe - while Ben took the other 3 to his see his Mum.

Ben collected us and we had a lovely lunch with Nanny and Aunty Emma before setting off (on the hottest day of the year so far?) for the 3 hour drive up to my Mum's ready for round 2.
