Slimmer shadow!
First time I've properly realised I'm changing shape with the running. Not sure if I've lost weight or not but I am shrinking and my waistline is reappearing! My clothes are looser that's for sure and I feel better in myself. I'm not dieting either. I have cut out processed foods and make everything from scratch now and try to choose lower fat versions. I do still indulge in wine and chocolate though and I run 3-4 times a week averaging 5-10 k each time. Not a quick runner either and probably walk quicker than I run at times!
