This kind of photo is probably what you expect me to take. So here you are.

Very mixed feelings today. I work for a bank and we are continually reviewing our processes to ensure that we are as efficient as possible. This means that roles change and people lose their jobs. A close friend of mine has been told today that his role is going, so he is now trying to find another job within the company. I feel for him partially as I have been there before too.
