Just a short blip trip this morning with the pocket camera. I think the workmen belonging to the highway maintenance vehicles yesterday must have been in a planning meeting, because today traffic lights have sprung up all over. 

I went to Rydal  later for some exercise (without a camera so no excuses to stop). Managed some running between spells of walking ...... quite impressed with that. 

Saw a wren in the garden - an infrequent visitor here.
