Birthday (sort of) Brownies

As you can see I had a terribly hard day at the office today! 

Made these yesterday to share with little people and big people for a family visit today. A definite perk of work being at my parent's home :) 

I did get all the paperwork done that needed to be done but with 3 February birthdays to celebrate, some sort of cakeage had to happen. There were fresh cream cakes too but I just gazed longingly at those and whispered that I missed them very much. I'll medicate my dairy intolerance for the odd profiterole but I just don't dare try my tummy on a full-blown eclair!
