Traffic

I had to go up to the office in the West End and naively thought that the no 36 bus would be relatively immune from the traffic chaos at the foot of the Walk - no such luck. Apart from sitting in a queue for about 5 minutes waiting to get onto Great Junction Street it then went for a mystery tour around the art galleries because the Dean Bridge was closed.

On the way back it was only slightly better, because in the interim they'd at least established a wee diversion for it in Leith. This was taken through the bus window at some intermediate point, in yet another stationary queue of traffic. Nice that someone had planted a few wee bulbs on the windowsill....gave me something nice to look at.
