Out to Mosgiel this morning for Mother to attend her osteopath followed by coffee and piklets and then pick up some lavender handcream and honey soap from a local producer.
Home to let the canine have a toilet break and stretch his legs then back in the car and off to the physiotherapy clinic at the public hospital for Mother to have some treatment on her left hamstring which goes into spasm regularly.  Given an exercise to do which helps to relieve the spasm.  Another appointment made for early next week to see if the exercise is helping at all.
Another busy day tomorrow with the oozing hot water cylinder being replaced.
