Hamilton's Cemetery

Hamilton's is a ghost town.  In December 1863 the population went from 0- 2000 in one month on the report of gold.   It was quite a successful rush - the town grew to 4000, and had 40 stores and 25 liquor stores!   Only the cemetery remains.

Down the country in the distance is Jock and Marion's property.    On the way there for a farewell lunch!
