Film Buff

The second Ilkley Film Festival began on Wednesday and ends tomorrow.
Seen two films already (Northern Soul and Set Fire to the Stars, both really well made innovative, indepent British films)

Four more events to go; this afternoon I'm seeing the regional gala for The Second Best Marigold Hotel with my daughter.

Tonight it's me and the husband to see Boyhood.

Most events have an actor/ director etc to host Q&A sessions after the viewing.


Not often I do a double viewing but it's a great opportunity to see them locally.

Earlier today I went to see my daughters new house again and her bedroom has a marvellous view of Ilkley Moor with the Cow And Calf Rocks slap bang in the middle. Lucky girl!
