Routine

One of my favourite daily routines is cooking, and garlic is one of the staple ingredients in many of my recipes.  It's always fun to find a kitchen tool that makes the routine easier.  This little pink silicone tube called a Garlic Cone saves an incredible amount of time when I'm peeling garlic.  Pop a clove into the tube, give it a quick roll on the counter, and voila - the skin comes off so easily.
