One stop shopping?

I've blipped this little shelter by the Fulford Inn before, when it was full of assorted items.  It was all cleared out, but a new assortment has appeared.  The clothes hanging up is a new approach, and some of them look like they should be tossed in the garbage. There are all kinds of other items that someone might find useful, I suppose.
A man was rummaging through things when I stopped to take the photo, and I told him I just wanted to get the clothes on the line in the picture, not him, and that I'd wait until he was finished.   He was just leaving anyway and took a few things with him.
