I'd hike to the moon and back with these two.  

Today we settled for Bridal Veils Falls.  A new hike for Alex, and although he did a great job, he did take his name off the roster for Gothic Basin. . . the 9 mile hike mommy and daddy plan on doing again in a few weeks.  He wasn't happy about backing out of the future hike (truth be told, he was never officially counted in), saying he knows it's beautiful, but also recognizes he is not up for long distance.  Enjoyed a gorgeous February day exploring the incredible area we live in.  What a gift.
