Happy birthday Bonnie:)

This is what I was working on yesterday. My dear friend Bonnie turned 65 today and we gave her a surprise 'birthday tea' after church. She had no idea and was really surprised ... Yay, mission accomplished.

I got to make a two tiered pink ombré rosette cake which I've wanted to for ages. Bonnie is a lover of pink as well, so that made the decision for colour of cake much easier.

On a sad note, The Man has gone on a business trip State side for 2 whole weeks :( going to miss him so much.
