A beautiful sunny day after a cold, frosty start. After church there was a fellowship lunch, to say a reluctant farewell to our locum chaplain and his wife who have been with us for the last four weeks. They are such a delightful couple, and the congregation has really warmed to them in that short time., so we have been very thankful and grateful for their presence. As always at these sort of occasions, lots of good food, so we all went home feeling well stuffed! So by the time we had gone home to change and went out for a walk in the Forest it was fairly late in the afternoon. It wasn't one of our best walks, as we were struggling to find the right path, but at least it was fresh air and exercise, and as you can see from my blip, not devoid of unusual sights!
